6-FIGURE PERSONAL TRAINER PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all participants:
Course access: Students will have access to the online 6-Figure Trainer Program for a total of 366 days from enrolment date. Those wishing to extend past this date can do so at an investment of $55 per week after the 12-month access period.
Non-refundable fees: Any fees made to the National Health and Fitness Academy to enrol or to hold a position is non-refundable or transferable.
Refund Policy: All withdrawals must be in writing and emailed to [email protected]
A full refund will be given to a student who withdraws their enrolment within 7 days of the time that the National Health and Fitness Academy enrolment form is completed. After this ‘cooling-off’ period, the students are liable for the full course fees as per their enrolment form with the National Health and Fitness Academy.
In the circumstances where a student has entered into a payment plan, completion of all payments entered into under the plan will remain the obligation of the student or account holder on the enrolment form.
Course fees: You are responsible for the full payment of the courses that you are enrolled, from the commence date of the course. You are responsible for the course fees and payment arrangements to be maintained and kept up to date. All payments must be made on time and by the specified dates at the commencement and date of the agreement.
All dishonoured fees will incur a $5 bank fee. Please note this fee goes to the debit company and not to NHFA.
In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs including legal demand costs and costs associated with the debt recovery of your account. Overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 10% p.a, calculated for the period the account is due until the date it is paid. You will also not be eligible to receive completion certificates and/or CEC points.
Suspension Policy: In extenuating circumstances, students many apply for a suspension on the account for a maximum of 6 weeks or a total of 6 weeks during the 12 months.
Live Mentoring: Any live group online mentoring sessions are not included in the total price of $2500 in full or $50 per week, but are an added bonus free of charge to all students. NHFA reserves the right to cease the live mentoring at any stage which does not change or impact the fees.
CECs:
6-Figure Trainer Program contains 24 CECs in total. Pay-In-Full students will be eligible to receive all 24 CECs. Pay as you go students are eligible to receive:
- 12 CECs after 6 months, and the remaining
- 12 CECs after the completion of 12 months.
If you require CECs earlier, you can pay out the remaining course fees and receive the CECs to re-register with AusActive.
