The Career Transition System™ is  a proven, step-by-step process that helps you move from the job you’re in now into a full-time coaching career safely and strategically. 

Instead of uncertainty, you design a personalised transition plan based on your current income, lifestyle goals, and level of security – so you’re moving forward with confidence, not hesitation.

You have 12 months to complete the program – it is completely self-paced, so you can move through the modules at a speed that works best for you.

You’ll know exactly what you’re building, the income milestones required, and the precise point it’s safe to transition — before coaching ever becomes your primary source of income.

Yes. The program includes plug-and-play templates, sales scripts, and online coaching tools that you can customise and apply directly to your own business.

Yes. Once you’ve completed the program, you’ll receive a certificate of completion from NHFA.

You’ll have access to all course modules and resources for 12 months (365 days) from your enrolment date. During that time, you’ll also receive access to any program updates released within your enrolment period.
